Leadership Courses for Care Workers

Here's a follow up to the "Developing Good Leadership habits early" post I made earlier in the week.  I've found a Team Leadership Management Care Course from TutorCare Limited that is a CQC recommended training online course that comes with accreditation. 

Covers the following:

• Awareness of the role of a team leader.
• Techniques used for building an effective team.
• Developing skills and confidence to deal decisively with difficult situations.
• Understanding current management theories and practice.
• Practical exercises to give you confidence in your management style.
• Skills to be proactive in the role of team leader.

Have added them to the list of online training providers due to the amount of courses they have.
