I've recently looked at Babbel, as I am keen interest to learn a new language. Spanish I think will be my weapon of choice and based on the trial I've just completed I have to say I'm quite impressed by their site and App at https://uk.babbel.com/. They offer a wide range of languages and have a fair pricing system. I'm just waiting until I move house before I take the ultimate plunge but for the time being I recommend signing up for a free trail as they then offer discounted deals such as "12 months for the price of 6" if you don't commit right away.
